A Quick Overview about our Country and History
The view is enough to tell all what I would try to say. You can't see a river like this anywhere but the Nile. This is really what God gave to us. The Nile passes through nine African countries, with length more than 6000 kilometers, and a variable width. The greatest width in Egypt is 200 meters at "Bany Seuaf" city. It is starts at longitude 3.5 degree at south and ends at longitude 31degree at north, which means it passes through about 34 longitudinal degrees. The river Nile passes almost straight from its sources till its branches reach the Mediterranean sea. You can notice its width from the photo.Through its voyage, it passes through different types of climate from the equatorial climate to the hot deserts and finally the Mediterranean sea climate. In Egypt, the Nile which call in Arabic "El Neal", have a very characteristic view. You can feel it from the image. The sunset, trees, and boats with distinct sizes. What a charm! |

The Boat you see is called "fulocaa"
it is a traditional transport for moving from a bank to the other, of course
in small towns. In Big cities, like Cairo, it is used for picnics. Don't
miss it, when you are in Egypt.

Nothing better than Cairo at night.
Below
the three main pyramids at Giza, the mysterious Sphinx crouches, a majestic
figure, 80m (262ft) long and about 22m tall
Another gift, our civilization. We have three kinds civilizations: Pharonic, Christian, and Islamic. That is a great blend. The most of Egyptians are Moslems, who live in peace with their brothers of Moslems or Christians, no difference, proud of their grandparents who build that great pharonic, christian, Islamic civilizations, and thier parents who built the vectory that made him live honored in peace. |

About Islamic civilization, the
last ancient civilization. Visitors of Egypt always care about visiting
the great mosques in Cairo, ancient houses and fountains built on the Islamic
style. The Mosque of Muhammad Ali, built in 1830, is sometimes called the
Alabaster Mosque because of the clear alabaster decorations which adorn
it. It is one of famous mosques in ancient Cairo. It was built in the Castle
of "Salah_aldain_el_Auobi", the famous "Saladin". You can see the walls
of the castle surrounding the mosque. Inside the castle there are other
mosques, a Museum for Military, Museum for Police, and Great Hall for open
concerts. For close on 700 years, almost all of Egypt's leaders lived in
the Citadel, and ruled from there.

are also horses and camels, ready for a ride around pyramids and sphinx.
This guide wears a traditional
wear, you may find the majority wearing the modern wear. Egypt people have
many traditional wears. You can say one for every group of people: people
who live on the coast. Farmers who live on the delta of the Nile, people
who live in the capital, upper Egypt people who lives on the south boundaries
